On June 1 Adaline Dubai welcomed guests to an exclusive evening marking the launch of two new fragrances by Nicolas Brochet in partnership with French perfume house Maison Douze. The event also served as a preview of Adaline’s upcoming weekly dinner show series, scheduled to begin in September 2025.
The event was fully booked ahead of time, reflecting growing interest in both the fragrance collaboration and the evolving profile of Adaline as a leading destination for fine dining and live performance in Dubai’s DIFC district.
Nicolas Brochet and Maison Douze Reveal New Scents
The evening began with a red carpet welcome, followed by drinks and a branded photo backdrop. Guests were guided into the venue’s karaoke lounge, where visual teasers for the new fragrances, Désir de Nuit and Baiser du Matin, were displayed across screens. The scents were introduced as interpretations of elegance, intimacy and personal freedom.
Nicolas Brochet, joined by representatives from Maison Douze, spoke about the creative process behind the perfumes, describing the collaboration as a balance of heritage French perfumery and modern expression. Brochet, who also represents brands such as Gaia, NYX, Adaline and Sirene, described the scents as personal and conceptual, intended to evoke emotion rather than follow trends.
The launch of Désir de Nuit and Baiser du Matin marked a clear move toward modern, unisex perfumery. Désir de Nuit is built around the deeper, more magnetic notes of the evening, while Baiser du Matin offers a softer, brighter impression, inspired by early morning.
Both scents are intentionally gender-neutral, created to adapt to the person wearing them rather than follow traditional categories. The concept reflects a growing trend in the fragrance world, where individuality and emotion take priority over labels.
Live Performances and DJ Set Highlight Launch Event
Entertainment formed a major part of the program. Vocalist Alexandra Oz. delivered a standout performance, while artist Kaehla and the CLSTL Council presented an original stage show that blended movement, music and visual storytelling. The performances were curated to match the event’s thematic focus on creativity and luxury.
As the evening progressed, DJ Midimi took over the space with a high-energy set that kept the atmosphere lively well into the night. The dancefloor filled with a diverse mix of creatives, influencers and industry professionals, reflecting Adaline’s growing reputation as a hub for culture and nightlife.
The event was the result of close coordination among several key partners. Adaline Dubai, known for its blend of gastronomy and performance, provided the venue and overall concept. ELLEDGY Magazine served as the official media partner and oversaw public relations, with Editor-in-Chief Kristina Mezhynskaya leading production. Satoria Rossi, a men’s fashion brand, added an extra layer of elegance with its tailored presence at the event.
New Weekly Dinner Show Experience Coming to DIFC
The June 1 event was also a preview of Adaline Show Nights, a weekly series launching in September 2025. The concept promises a curated blend of dinner and live performance, aiming to introduce a new standard for immersive dining in Dubai.
The venue plans to feature rotating lineups of artists and performers, set against a backdrop of fine Italian cuisine and theatrical presentation. Organizers say the series will focus on creating a full sensory experience, combining sound, visuals, taste and scent.
